The National Medical Outreach Institute provides humanitarian aid to vulnerable populations, focusing on medical assistance and access to other essential resources such as food, water, and shelter.
We aim to build a supportive and resilient community and empower individuals and families through outreach, collaboration, and education.
By providing acute care at resource centers, other high-traffic areas, and encampments, and through home care, NMOI reduces the risk of hospital readmission, lowering costs and the burden on the EMS system and taxpayers while helping keep our most vulnerable healthy and safe.

The National Medical Outreach Institute (NMOI) was founded in El Paso by Bryce Kinnaird, Maslah, and Lorenzo in late 2024 during the regional migrant crisis to provide a permanent, scalable structure to street-level relief for vulnerable populations. In March 2025, NMOI achieved official 501(c)(3) non-profit status and experienced rapid growth across the El Paso borderland.
Today, NMOI provides proactive, community-wide health delivery systems—integrating recovery housing, medical case management, and multi-tiered clinical triage to ensure no individual falls through the cracks of the healthcare system.
